1. How does RCN Games work?
Once you've signed up for the service and logged in, you can access our complete library of titles. Just select the game you want and the system will download it to a virtual drive on your computer where you will play the game. Click here for complete details on how RCN Games works.

2. Who can sign up for RCN Games?
At this time, it's only available to RCN high-speed internet customers.

3. How much does it cost?
RCN Games is just $14.95 a month for unlimited access to our entire library of PC games.

4. What is the selection of games like?
We offer the top PC games in our library with new ones are added each month. Game categories include Adventure, Arcade, Kids, Puzzle, Simulation, Strategy and more. Click here for a complete game list.

5. Do I need to buy the CD-ROMs for the games I want to play?
No, you don't. The game's exact CD-ROM version is automatically downloaded to a virtual drive on your own computer. The game runs from this drive for smoother play and maximum performance.

6. Can I cancel at any time?
Certainly. You can cancel RCN Games whenever you want by calling 800.RING.RCN.

7. Can I just rent one game?
Sorry, but you can't. To provide our customers with the greatest value, RCN Games is only offered as an unlimited access package. But then again, why rent just one when you can play hundreds?

8. Do I need a cable modem and high-speed internet?
Yes, you do. RCN Games is a broadband service. And since it downloads the game to your computer, a high-speed cable modem is needed to keep download times to a minimum. 9. What are the minimum system requirements for RCN Games?

10. Will the RCN Games work on a MAC, Linux or any other non-Windows operating system?
At this time, RCN Games is only for computers running a Microsoft Windows operating system.

11. How does billing for RCN Games work?
The fee will be conveniently applied to your monthly RCN bill. You will not receive a separate bill for RCN Games.

12. Are the games appropriate for people of all ages?
RCN Games offers a wide range of games for different audiences. Some of which are appropriate for any age, while others are only for mature audiences. To make sure a game is appropriate for you or your family, please refer to the accompanying ESRB rating for each game.

13. What are ESRB ratings and what do they mean?
The Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) is an independent, non-profit organization that has developed a comprehensive rating system for computer, online and video games. The ESRB rating symbol basically tells you what age group the game is appropriate for. They include:

		Early Childhood (EC) � Appropriate for children ages three and older, and do not contain any material parents would find inappropriate
		Everyone (E) � Appropriate for persons ages six and older, and may contain some violence, such as comic mischief or crude language
		Teen (T) � Appropriate for ages 13 and older, and may contain violent content, mild or strong language and/or suggestive themes
		Mature (M) � Appropriate for ages 17 and older, may have more intense violence or language than products in the Teen category, including mature sexual themes
		Adults Only (AO) � Appropriate only for adults, may include graphic depictions of sex and/or violence. AO products are not intended to be sold or rented to persons under 18
		Rating Pending � Games that have been submitted to the ESRB and are awaiting a final rating

14. Can I play games in multiplayer mode?
It depends on the game. With RCN Games, you can play in multiplayer mode as long as the game contains a multiplayer launch option.

15. Can I access my RCN Games account from any PC?
Yes. You can access your account from any PC, as long as it�s connected to the internet via a broadband connection and meets the minimum system requirements.

16. Does RCN Games offer Parental Controls?
RCN Games does not provide parental controls at this time. To guard against inappropriate content, please pay particular attention to the ESRB rating for each game.
